Julie has been licensed for 13 years in NYS as well as a licensed broker in the state of Florida shortly after. Julie started her real estate career at Clemens-Beckley Real Estate, Inc, now known as Flagstone Real Estate Inc. In 2016 Julie along side her partner, Wendy Palinski purchased the company. Julie is also a graduate of the Realtor Institute, GRI designation. Julie’s success in the real estate field stems from her sincere interest in her clients’ needs. Whether you are buying or selling a home, Julie’s sensitivity towards her clients’ journey has given her a stand above reputation. Julie is currently involved in Rome School District Anti-Bullying – Dignity For All Students Committee and The United Way Board. Julie and her husband, Peter have five children, and she loves attending her children’s sporting events and is extremely proud of all 5 of their children.
